2.科研情況
聚焦于肺部疾病與感染性疾病,采用計算機輔助藥物設計、基于靶點的藥物設計等方法進行藥物開發與相關機制研究。近5年在J. Med. Chem, Eur J Med Chem等期刊發表SCI論文20餘篇;主持國自然青年基金一項、參與國自然面上項目一項;完成上海醫藥集團橫向一項(251萬元),所設計并合成分子A17現已與上海濟煜醫藥科技有限公司達成合作。

抗耐藥感染藥物開發與機制研究;
新型偶聯藥物與降解劑開發;
