目前累計主持國自然青年基金1項,國家博士後基金1項,海南省面上項目1項,江蘇省高校重點1項,江蘇省高校面上1項,徐州市課題2項。累計以第一或通訊作者發表SCI論文20餘篇,累計影響因子>100,參與編著十四五高等教育藥學專業《細胞生物學》教材1部(第11章);獲批發明專利4項,實用新型專利1項;累計指導研究所博士研究生2人,碩士研究生近20人。徐州醫科大學耳鼻喉科學專業“骨幹教師”。
3.研究領域
主要從事交叉組學策略在耳鼻咽喉疾病診斷,靶點篩選,療效預判及個體化用藥的相關研究,曾作為外聘專家,負責“國家耳鼻咽喉臨床醫學研究中心”自動化精準醫療醫學大數據平台建設。部分研究成果已發表于“molecule cancer"(IF=41.444);此外,同時緻力于聽覺保護及内耳靶向給藥分子機制研究,在聽覺系統跨血迷路屏障無創藥物遞送領域,原創性證明LRP1受體是可控狀态下開啟BLB的關鍵“鑰匙”,該研究已發表于高水平學術期刊Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy(IF=38.104),并獲批發明專利一項。
