2. 科研情況

聚焦衰老及相關疾病的精準診斷與治療前沿,開展衰老進程精準識别探針分子與診療一體化藥物分子研發。一方面,設計合成衰老進程精準識别探針分子,用以可視化研究衰老發生機制,輔助抗衰老藥物研發;設計合成實用型衰老識别探針,構建藥物篩選平台,高通量、快捷評價、篩選抗衰老藥物。另一方面基于衰老進程發生機制,設計合成診療一體化抗衰老藥物分子,精準可視化靶向作用于衰老細胞,延緩機體衰老進程、治療衰老相關疾病。以第一/共一/共通作者身份在Nature Aging、Chemical Science、Journal of Medicinal ChemistrySensors and actuators B-Chemical等期刊發表論文12篇,申請發明專利6項。
