瞄準國家重大需求,面向人民生命健康,緻力于衰老(相關疾病)靶标/機制研究與候選新藥研發。
(1)基于老藥庫(化藥+中草藥)開展抗衰老活性篩選、藥效評價、靶标/機制研究和結構優化,已解析10餘種老藥抗衰老新用途。
(2)綜合構建線蟲、細胞(肺、腎、皮膚、角膜内皮、血管内皮細胞等)、小鼠(衰老和器官增齡疾病模型)水平的抗衰老研究平台,包含抗衰老表型篩選→活性确證→靶标鑒定與确證→機制通路研究→結構優化→成藥性評價,助力衰老及相關疾病幹預藥物研發。
(3)在Nature Aging、Advanced Science、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等期刊發表論文20餘篇;申請專利15項;主持國自然面上項目、國自然青年科學基金項目、海南省科學基金、橫向課題等6項。
