2.科研情況
圍繞蛋白質溶液動态結構與功能關系研究中的技術難點,發展順磁核磁共振新方法,并用于闡釋多結構域蛋白質在溶液中的動态結構變化及其與功能的關系、蛋白酶在催化反應過程中短壽命中間體的三維結構及催化反應分子機制;利用順磁核磁共振技術分析藥物分子和天然産物的立體化學結構。近年來發表SCI論文20餘篇,其中以第一作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Catal., Sci. China Chem., J. Phy. Chem. Lett., Chem. Commun.等期刊發表多篇論文。主持國家自然科學基金面上、青年基金項目、山東省青創團隊項目,2017年入選全國博士後“博新計劃”項目。
