(1)腫瘤疫苗
新型原位腫瘤疫苗,基于腫瘤表面特殊抗原的亞單位疫苗。
(2)針對超級耐藥菌的多糖疫苗研究
作為肺炎球菌多糖領域的行業專家,參與了默沙東下一代肺炎球菌疫苗的開發:例如細菌的發酵,莢膜多糖的分離,純化,活化,與CRM197偶聯等。參與研究的默沙東多價肺炎球菌結合型疫苗研發V114和V116項目已經進入臨床實驗。
(3)糖胺聚糖的化學生物學研究
建立了一種可以快速合成糖胺聚糖類化合物的保護基以及純化策略,為此類化合物的構效關系研究奠定了基礎。領導并完成了以下項目:建立了一個硫酸肝素四糖化合物庫,通過微陣列篩選,發現了一系列硫酸肝素結合蛋白的底物特點;發現了一個在神經導向過程中起重要作用的硫酸肝素八糖結構;發現了一種可以修飾哺乳動物細胞表面的新方法;确定了腫瘤細胞表面一種特殊的硫酸軟骨素A。
