   2.科研情況

課題組圍繞仿生型藥物遞送系統設計及其傳遞機理持續開展系列研究工作，引領性提出細胞間隧道納米管（TNTs）傳遞藥物遞送機理和SNARE蛋白介導藥物遞送機理，并基于此設計制備一系列靶向病竈部位的仿生藥物載體，獲得3項發明專利，具有臨床轉化前景，為智能藥物設計提供了新思路。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金等5項基金，并以第一/通訊作者身份在ACS Nano、Theranostics、Journal of Controlled Release等國内外重要學術期刊發表多篇文章。

   3.研究領域

（1）采用基因編輯、化合物誘導等手段構建仿生型智能藥物遞送系統；

（2）研究細胞及細胞外囊泡遞送藥物的新機理；

（3）基于幹細胞設計的細胞器療法。
